This holiday season, 4-C is excited to participate in #GivingTuesday, a counter narrative to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. #GivingTuesday is a global movement to inspire personal philanthropy and encourages bigger, better and smarter charitable giving during the holiday season, showing that the world truly gives as good as it gets.
Did you know. . . 70% of Wisconsin children spend time in early education outside the home?
4-C is committed to ensuring all children have access to high quality early care and education. We’re using #GivingTuesday as an opportunity to assist in reaching more children with developmentally appropriate early childhood materials from the 4-C Resource Room, normally made available only from the 4-C office in Madison.
#GivingTuesday donations to 4-C will be used to assist in expanding 4-C Resource Room services geographically by taking valuable resources on the road and making it easier for early childhood professionals in the 4-C entire region to benefit from them. The 4-C Resource Room is a warm, welcoming environment filled with a variety of new up-to-date materials and resources to help support early childhood professionals in their mission to offer quality early care and education. Available resources include toy kits, big book kits, resource books and publications, DVDs, large and small format laminators, die-cut machines, and activity kits to name a few.
